CL704 Clamcleat.  Class legal - amendments to the ILCA rules allow the use of a Clamcleat^® CL704 which has a notch on the underside, preventing the problems that can happen when the toestrap shock-cord starts pulling the traveller line.  Installation Tip - The notch under the CL704 is quite small so its best to install this new cleat on top of your toestrap shock-cord rather than try and thread it underneath.
